• A minimum advance payment of 30% to 50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking (Hotels & Cabs).
• For flight tickets, helicopter tickets (Amarnath Yatra), or Gulmarg Gondola tickets, 100% advance payment is required as these are non-refundable.
• The remaining balance must be paid upon your arrival in Srinagar or on the first day of your tour.
• Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, or through our secure Online Payment Portal.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation charges are as follows:

• 30+ Days before arrival: 10% of the total tour cost will be deducted as processing fees.
• 15 to 30 Days before arrival: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• 7 to 15 Days before arrival: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Less than 7 Days / No Show: 100% cancellation fee (No Refund).
• Note: Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days via the original method of payment.

Kashmir is a hilly region and travel can sometimes be affected by nature:

• If the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway (NH44) or routes to Gulmarg/Sonamarg are closed due to heavy snowfall or landslides, we will alter the itinerary to the best possible alternative.
• Dar Tour and Travels shall not be held liable for missed flights, missed Gondola rides, or extra hotel stays caused by bad weather, curfews, or strikes. Extra costs incurred due to these reasons must be borne by the client.
• During heavy snow in Gulmarg, normal cabs cannot reach the top. You may need to hire local 4x4 chained vehicles (Union Cabs) at your own direct cost.

• As per Government directives, all guests (including children) must carry a valid Photo ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License). PAN Cards are not accepted as valid ID proof for hotel check-ins in J&K.
• Foreign nationals must carry their original Passport and valid Indian Visa.

For all complaints, suits, claims, or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products offered by Dar Tour and Travels, the courts and tribunals in Anantnag, Jammu & Kashmir, India alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
